monumentalise is a neologism stands for the reconstruction of a monument in a choreographic action by a group of people. We created monuments from the bodies of performers, imitating the form of an existing monument offering a replacement for the permanent sculptural monument. We documented each embodiment in video and created an instruction sheet that allows anyone to make the monument himself. The instruction sheets can be downloaded on our website.
